We are after a talented Finance Specialist to join their vibrant team and assist in the development of their customers’ satisfaction across the whole business.

We are seeking in hiring a full-time Finance and Insurance Manager to fulfill the needs of our customers.
About the role:
As a Finance and Insurance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the business’ success and the satisfaction of its clients. Your role will require you to provide our client’s automotive customers the best and most suitable finance and insurance products alongside their new or pre-owned vehicle. The second portion to this role is asset finance sales to their brokerage clients. With two streams of clients to fulfill the needs of, you will be responsible for providing the highest standard of customer service and expertise.
To provide their clients the opportunity to have access to various mobility platforms, our client has 3 pillars in their business.
- Internal finance arrangement through automotive based financiers.
- Externally finance arrangement through their independent brokerage business.
- Leasing vehicles to customers through their leasing business.
Our client’s mantra is to provide their customers access to vehicles that meets their demands and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Finance Management: Secure financing for customers, including evaluating credit reports, presenting financing options, and facilitating loan approvals.
- Insurance Expertise: Offer insurance products to customers, explaining coverage options, and ensuring that they have the necessary protection for their vehicles.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and company policies.
- Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, building trust and long-term relationships with clients.
- Documentation: Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently.
- Reporting: Generate financial reports and analyses as required by management.
About You:
Our client is looking for someone who is highly motivated and driven and are confident in their communication skills, leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Ideally you possess:
- 3 years experience in finance and insurance sales with automotive being strongly preferred but not essential.
- Strong understanding of financing options, credit analysis, and insurance products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong sales and organisational skills.
- Ability to support the new and pre-owned sales departments.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance in the automotive and finance industry.
- Ability to multitask.
- Operate with a high level of integrity.
