We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel General Manager or Management Couple to lead the day-to-day operations of a busy hotel operation. The hotel features modern guest rooms, a thriving à la carte restaurant, and a high-volume events and conferencing centre. This role is hands-on and operational, ideal for hospitality leaders who are passionate about guest service, team development, and business success.

You will be responsible for driving high service standards, managing financial performance, and building strong local relationships to grow the hotel's reputation. The ideal candidate(s) will have a strong Food & Beverage background, proven leadership skills, a people-first approach, and solid commercial acumen.

Financially savvy with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
