Australian Construction Group is a construction service provider with capabilities in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Process Piping and Electrical Construction, based in Newcastle NSW.

We require a motivated, reliable, and collaborative individual to fill a full-time permanent position currently available within the company for an Experienced Project Administrator.

You will have the opportunity to work at our head office in Cameron Park. This position is available for immediate onboarding.

A diverse role supporting Site Supervisors/Project Managers, tasks include but are not limited to:

Coordinating project start up

Site mobilisation and resource management

Induction coordination and adherence to client requirements

Organising of expiring medicals for existing employees

Raising purchase orders and tracking orders

Checking and approving invoices

Assist with progress claims

Assist with recording times and daywork sheets for payroll

Travel and accommodation requirements

Day to day administration support as needed for your business area/project team

Assist with cost control on projects in your business area

What you'll need to succeed:

• Strong ability to prioritise, and manage multiple competing tasks
• Strong analysis and problem-solving ability with attention to detail
• Exceptional communication and organisational skills
• Highly motivated and proactive
• High level of computer literacy, including MS Office suite skills i.e Word, Excel, Outlook Adobe etc.
• Experience in a similar role is highly desirable
• Experience with induction portals e.g. Pegasus, GWOS and Damstra is preferable
• Experience with Lentune and/or Jobpac
