About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media / Admin Assistant to join our team at Australian Equipment Auctions Pty Ltd in our Sunbury, VIC office. This is a casual role, offering flexible working arrangements to suit your lifestyle.

What you'll be doing

Assisting with the creation and scheduling of social media advertising and marketing content across our Facebook and Auction platforms

Monitoring and responding to comments and messages from our online marketing campaigns

Providing administrative support such as data entry, filing and other general office duties

What we're looking for

Experience in a similar social media or administrative role, ideally within the marketing/communications industry

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with our audience

Excellent time management and multitasking skills, with the ability to work well under pressure

Proficiency in using social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitte
