Our mission is to provide high-quality crystals and self-care products that help our customers feel connected, inspired, and empowered. As our business expands, we’re looking for a creative, driven individual to join our close-knit team and work alongside our founder to help take Hail Crystals to the next level.
About the Role:
This is a unique and multifaceted role ideal for someone with a flair for social media, a love for creative content creation, and the organisational skills to support various admin tasks. As our Social Media & Small Business Admin Assistant, you’ll wear a few different hats — from photographing new arrivals and designing social posts, to assisting with inventory updates, live-sales, and everything in between.
We are a new business and rapidly evolving. Currently operating from home, with plans to move into a small warehouse type space. You will be an important part of our ongoing start up and would suit someone who is willing to grow, learn and evolve with us.
Key Responsibilities:
Create, plan, and schedule engaging content for social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
Conduct product photography and light editing for online listings and socials
Assist with website updates and product uploads
Support with crystal live-sale preparations, customer orders and inventory management
Help brainstorm marketing ideas and growth strategies
Perform general administrative tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
A creative thinker with a keen eye for design and detail
Strong understanding of social media trends, especially in the small business space
Experience with content creation, photography, and simple editing tools (e.g., Canva and Capcut)
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Someone who can adapt and work in a small new business in an evolving environment. We are growing and learning. We have big visions for our brand and need your help!
Passion for small business and willingness to learn
Must have (or be willing to obtain) an ABN — though this can be discussed during the application process
Be willing to appear and par-take in social media posts and reels and represent our brand online.
Bonus Points For (not essential) :
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify)
Interest in crystals, wellness, or self-care
Previous experience in a small business or marketing
