Are you the creative eye behind the camera, obsessed with baby trends, and love bringing beautiful brands to life online? We’re on the lookout for a social-savvy, detail-loving Ecommerce + Social Media Assistant to join our growing Petite + Co team.

We’re a fast-growing personalised baby brand known for our embroidered keepsakes, dreamy tones, and heartfelt connection with our community. Based in Point Cook, this is a dream opportunity for someone who loves content creation, online shopping, and helping build something special from the inside out.

We’ve just moved into our new warehouse and are ready to bring on the right person to help us keep growing — one gorgeous post and product update at a time.

The Role

This is a hybrid content + ecommerce support role with lots of variety. You’ll work closely with our founder to bring our brand to life across digital platforms, help keep our website fresh, and support the day-to-day running of our online store.

Key tasks:

Assist with social media planning and photography (must love capturing dreamy flatlays and behind-the-scenes moments!)

Support with Instagram Reels + TikTok planning/scheduling, filming and editing

Creating emailing marketing - Klaviyo

Update Shopify product listings, descriptions and photos

Help prep products for shoots and manage stockroom styling

Support everyday admin tasks that arise

Work one day per week from our Point Cook warehouse (with room to grow!)

You’re perfect for us if you...

Have a creative eye and love working with baby/lifestyle products

Are comfortable behind the camera and enjoy styling content

Have experience with social media (especially Instagram + TikTok) including editing

Know your way around Shopify

Experience with Klaviyo

Are organised, proactive, and love helping things run smoothly

Are based in Melbourne and available 1 day per week in Point Cook
