Anytime Fitness Sunbury is seeking a Casual Membership Consultant & Social Media Assistant
As a team member of Anytime Fitness Sunbury you will lead our members to achieve their health goals.
At Anytime Fitness Sunbury no day will be the same as you look to acquire leads, makes sales and keep our members. Plus from us, you can expect huge job satisfaction with personal and professional development to ensure you smash your targets.
As Membership Consultant & Social Media Assistant will be called on when needed to support the Club Manager in the successful running of the club. (20-35 hours per week)
Key Responsibilities:
Being the fun, engaging, helpful, and genuine point of contact for our members.
Proactively seek out and generate new sales leads and referrals
Achieve KPI's and sales targets
Membership retention
Assist in managing all social media platforms
Ensuring the club is clean and maintaining equipment
Managing all club operations and procedures to a high standard
Building rapport and generating leads for personal trainers
Engaging members on the club floor and improving their member experience
Create a positive club culture with a strong focus on member appreciation
Promote the Anytime Fitness brand and image within the local community
About you:

Proven sales experience (fitness sales preferred but not essential)
Goal orientated: comfortable working to set KPI's and targets and meeting personal goals
Highly skilled at using Facebook and Instagram to drive the clubs exposure and membership engagement
Confident in front of the camera for social media videos
Ability to multi-task consistently and efficiently
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
