About the role

FBMC PTY LTD is seeking a passionate and creative Social Media Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. This is a casual role based in our Rydalmere office, where you will play a vital role in managing and growing our social media presence across various platforms.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting with the development and implementation of social media strategies to engage our audience and drive brand awareness
• Creating and scheduling engaging content across our social channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter
• Monitoring social media activity, responding to comments and messages, and analysing performance data to inform future content plans
• Collaborating with the marketing team to support the execution of broader marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure our content remains fresh and impactful

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a social media assistant or coordinator role, preferably within a marketing or communications environment
• Excellent written and visual communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and on-brand content
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
• Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms
• A passion for social media and a genuine interest in staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices
