White IT is a rapidly growing IT Support & Consultancy company based in Wynnum. We provide remote and on-site technical support to SME's in the Brisbane and Gold Coast areas.

Due to a consistent increase in our workload we are looking to employ a new individual in the role of a Full Time Systems Administrator/Network/Linux Expert.

This role is 75% onsite 25% in our office.

Organised and have an attention to detail.

Track all work in our CRM.

Police Check will be required.

Excellent phone manner.

Comprehensive English skills.

Professional Appearance for when you go onsite.

Good driving record.

Experience with the following technologies is required for this position:

Veeam, Nakivo, Cloudberry MSP360, Shadow Protect, Macrium and various backup technologies.

Working Knowledge of Networks, VPN's VLAN's - SSL, IPSEC, OpenVPN., VOIP Traffic.

Router Configuration Drayteks, Netgate, Unifi and Sonicwall systems.

Know Office 365 and Azure AD.

Remote support technologies such as RDP, VNC, ILO, DRAC, etc.

Know how to administer servers. exchange, IIS, DC, RDP Gateways.

Server hardware and a working knowledge of RAID.

Particularly, Linux Experience.

A minimum of 5 years experience supporting the technologies listed would be expected.
