The Role

As our Senior Admin superstar, you’ll support the day-to-day operations of a busy studio and production team. No two days are the same – you’ll be switching between admin support, managing timelines with the design and production teams, liaising with suppliers, and helping deliver excellent outcomes for our clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Coordinating jobs through our internal systems

Supporting our clients, print and production teams with admin tasks

Managing artwork briefs and job bookings

Liaising with clients, suppliers, and couriers

Ensuring timelines are met and details don’t slip through the cracks

Keeping the team organised and operations smooth

About You

You’re a natural organiser with excellent communication skills and a calm head under pressure. You’ll thrive in a creative environment and ideally have:

5+ years of experience in an admin or studio coordinator role

Previous exposure to print or design workflows

Strong attention to detail and time management skills

A proactive, problem-solving mindset

Confidence with digital tools and job tracking systems

Bonus points for experience with Adobe Creative Suite
