Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and procurement strategies.
• Prepare construction briefs and tender documents for consultants and contractors.
• Oversee contractor and consultant performance, compliance, and deliverables.
• Manage all project phases – design, delivery, commissioning, and handover.
• Act as Principal’s Representative and/or Contract Superintendent.
• Ensure documentation and processes meet project, legal, and safety standards.
• Lead internal and external teams to deliver successful outcomes.

Successful Candidate

• Experience in managing client-side building and infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of contract law, construction practices, and procurement.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholder interests.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and documentation skills.
• Qualifications or education in building construction or a related field.
• Knowledge of the Australian Standard for tendering and contract management.
