We’re seeking an experienced and hands-on Production Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our warehouse and production floor. What You’ll Be Doing

Coordinate and oversee daily production and warehouse activities.

Accurate mixing, blending, and decanting of materials per batch sheets. (Handling of 25kgs bags of raw material)

Lead, support, and train staff to achieve quality and output goals.

Monitor stock levels, product quality, and equipment performance.

Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company procedures.

Identify process improvements and contribute to ongoing efficiency initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

✔ Proven experience in a warehouse, production, or manufacturing leadership role
✔ Strong understanding of stock control, batch processing, and dispatch workflows
✔ Excellent team leadership, communication, and organisational skills
✔ Forklift licence and practical machinery experience (preferred)
✔ Confidence with documentation, reporting, and safety compliance
