About the role

An opportunity exists for a full-time Production Supervisor to join our friendly hard working team of supported employees at Yooralla Business Enterprise Seymour. Our Seymour site primarily manufactures timber products, as well as supports the community with short-term packaging and wine de-labelling contracts.

- A current forklift license is essential as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of OHS requirements in a manufacturing environment is also essential. Experience working in a NDIS environment would be highly desirable.

- NDIS Clearance is essential !

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Knowledge of OHS requirements in a manufacturing environment is also essential

- The ability to be self-sufficient, making decisions to benefit the business and keep staff motivated on site

- Excellent in communication, both written and verbal

- Experienced in working in a fast paced environment

- Experience in working in a disability/health related industry

- Experience in a NDIS funded work setting
