Accessible Diversity Services Initiative (ADSI) is a not-for-profit organisation based in Auburn, proudly supporting individuals and families from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds. We deliver a range of community services, with a strong focus on disability inclusion, equity and empowerment.

We are currently seeking a passionate and organised NDIS Support Coordinator to join our friendly and dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor services in line with participants' NDIS goals.

Support participants to exercise choice and control over their supports.

Connect participants with mainstream, community, and disability-specific services.

Advocate for participant rights and culturally safe service delivery.

Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in line with NDIS guidelines.

What You’ll Bring

Second language/s is desirable, such as fluency in Arabic or Mandarin and English (verbal and written).

Experience in support coordination, case management, or community services.

A working knowledge of the NDIS and person-centred planning.

Strong communication, problem-solving and time management skills.

A compassionate, culturally responsive, and inclusive approach.

Relevant community certificates and / or tertiary qualifications (e.g. Social Work, Community Services).

NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and NSW Driver’s Licence (essential).
