The Role

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable function, ensuring timely collections and accurate financial records. You will play a vital part in maintaining positive relationships with clients and internal teams, helping to drive cash flow and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and issue invoices in a timely and accurate manner

Monitor accounts receivable ledger and follow up on outstanding payments

Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies

Respond promptly to client billing enquiries and payment queries

Liaise with internal departments to ensure billing accuracy and service alignment

Assist with month-end closing and reporting processes

Maintain accurate records in the accounting and CRM systems

About You

2+ years’ experience in accounts receivable or general accounting

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliation

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Proficiency with accounting software (ideally Xero) and Microsoft Excel

Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines

Team-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
