Are you an experienced medical receptionist with a passion for women’s health looking for a balanced part time opportunity?

We are looking for a dedicated and friendly individual to join our multidisciplinary women’s health practice in the beautiful North Shore of Sydney. We are a newly established practice of women’s health professionals providing care for women via face to face appointments and telehealth.

Position: Medical Receptionist
Location: North Shore Private Hospital, Sydney (Rate: $35 - $37 + super per hour)

Hours: Part time or full time available

Your new role:

Provide a professional and friendly first point of contact for patients

Communicate effectively with patients and colleagues via phone, email, and face to face.

Provide efficient and reliable administration support to our friendly team of specialists.

Manage patient scheduling for both telehealth and face-to-face appointments.

Handle other administrative tasks including processing of fees and rebates, liaising with other service providers as required, collating patient results and questionnaires, and managing correspondence.

Maintain accurate and confidential medical records.

Light adhoc office tasks.

What you bring to the role:

Proven experience in a medical reception role.

Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

Strong computer proficiency and familiarity with medical software and video conferencing software.

Reliability and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Previous experience in a women’s health or multidisciplinary practice would be highly regarded.
