Tasks & Responsibilities
Draft, review, and process contracts and variations related to concrete works for residential and commercial sites.
Support senior team members in handling minor contract negotiations with suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors.
Identify potential contractual risks and propose mitigation strategies to management.
Ensure all contracts comply with relevant building regulations, workplace health and safety requirements, and legal obligations.
Maintain and update contract documentation and project records in an organized and accessible manner.
Support project teams by providing guidance on contractual obligations and timelines.
Prepare regular progress reports on contract status, budget compliance, and potential issues.
Coordinate contract closeout procedures and ensure all final documentation is completed and archived properly.
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or higher
Minimum 5 years’ experience in contract administration
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply based on our diverse subcontractors and clients.
Strong understanding of construction contracts, legal terms, and risk management principles.
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
