Spring Professional have an exciting opportunity available as Senior Retail Manager for high profile asset in Melbourne's CBD. This large and bustling precinct is home to retail, dining precincts, restaurants, commercial offices and essential services.

Key responsibilities of the position:

• Assist in the preparation of budgets and business plans for the asset
• Implementation of the retailer engagement strategy
• Critical retailer management including debtors
• Relationship and operational management of retailers
• Assessing the performance of retailers and identifying opportunities to improve sales levels
• Maintaining positive relations with retailers, customers, suppliers, local government and other important stakeholders
• Ensure efficient collection of monthly retailer sales figures and coordinate the preparation of monthly sales reports
• Meet with retailers on a regular basis to discuss marketing requirements for their business

Ideal candidate:

• Experience within the retail industry (preferable)
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Excellent relationship management skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Initiative, professionalism & persistence
