We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Commercial Asset Manager to join a highly regarded team in the Inner Suburbs.

This role integrates strategic contributions to the agency’s direction and growth, providing substantial opportunities for the successful candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain excellent client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service delivery.
• Manage a select group of premium clients, providing tailored strategies to maximise asset performance and value.
• Oversee arrears collection, conduct rent reviews, and manage outgoing reconciliations.
• Conduct ingoing, outgoing, and periodic inspections of properties.
• Collaborate with Property Managers to ensure the successful management of the broader portfolio.
• Develop new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships.
• Negotiate new leases, market reviews, and options while advising clients on value-add property investment strategies.
• Prepare and present reports to clients, highlighting asset performance and opportunities for growth.
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of Property Managers, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.

Capabilities and Experience:

• Exhibit a high level of professionalism.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and effective time management.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Possess significant experience in commercial asset management at a senior level, with expertise in managing a diverse portfolio.
