Senior Project Manager – Merchandising Projects

Step into a senior delivery role with a global business that designs, produces, and installs retail display solutions for iconic and household names. With full in-house capability and no direct local competitors, this is a rare opportunity to manage fast-moving, high-impact projects from start to finish.

Project values typically range from $60K to $5M, covering everything from small in-store refreshes to full-scale national rollouts. You'll coordinate with internal production, design, and logistics teams, liaise with offshore suppliers, and take full ownership of estimating, scheduling, and delivery.

This is a commercially focused role suited to someone who thrives in structured but fast-paced environments. A clear leadership pathway is in place as the team grows, and the company offers a hybrid model, including half-day Fridays.

What you’ll bring

Project management experience in retail, fit-out, manufacturing, or similar

Confidence managing scope, schedules, budgets, and prototypes

Strong Excel skills and the ability to read drawings and bills of material
