Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough research and analysis of the local market, including demographics, consumer behavior, and competitive activity.
• Identify key opportunities and challenges in the local area to inform marketing strategies.
• Develop and implement localized marketing plans that align with the overall brand strategy.
• Customize global or national campaigns for local relevance while maintaining brand integrity.
• Plan, execute, and manage local marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, events, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, digital, PR) to ensure campaigns are effectively executed.
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and influencers to enhance brand presence.
• Organize and participate in local events, sponsorships, and partnerships to increase brand visibility.
• Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of local marketing campaigns.
• Use insights to refine and improve future marketing strategies.
• Use customer feedback to inform marketing decisions and improve local offerings.

Skills

• 2+ years' experience in a similar Franchise or Local Area Marketing role
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of local market dynamics and consumer behavior.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
