About the role

This exciting full-time Creative Marketing Specialist role at PAL Lighting will play a key part in elevating the company's brand identity and driving engaging marketing campaigns. Based in our Caringbah, NSW office, you'll be responsible for creating visually impactful content that resonates with our target audience and supports our wider marketing and business objectives.

In addition to creative execution, this role also involves contributing to the build-out and visual development of a product range that is distributed and recognised globally, helping to position PAL Lighting as a leader in innovation and design excellence worldwide.

What you'll be doing

Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualise and deliver engaging content across various channels, including social media, email, and our website

Create visually appealing and on-brand marketing assets such as graphics, videos, and presentations

Manage and optimise our social media presence, including planning, scheduling, and analysing campaign performance

Support the development and implementation of integrated marketing strategies to promote our product range and brand

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to inform marketing decisions

Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing recommendations for improvement

Assist with the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and other marketing activations

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

3-5 years of experience in a creative marketing or brand management role

Strong visual design skills and proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud applications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences

Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media and content marketing campaigns

Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and experience in data-driven decision making

Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional team

Passion for the lighting industry and a keen eye for design and branding trends
