National Training College of Australia, based in Melbourne, is a leading institution committed to empowering students through quality vocational education. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team on an urgent basis.

About the Role and Opportunity

We are seeking Full time Marketing Coordinator for our RTO with an outstanding network of agents and digital marketing skills to promote NTCA to international student market. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for designing and executing marketing strategies that enhance our brand visibility, attract new students, build relationship with education agents in Australia and overseas and support overall business growth. This position plays a vital role in driving engagement across digital and traditional channels through data-driven and creative marketing initiatives.

Key Accountabilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.

Manage content creation and marketing activities across social media, websites, email campaigns, and blogs.

Coordinate promotional campaigns, events, and advertising initiatives.

Analyse campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights.

Collaborate with internal teams to maintain brand consistency and optimize campaigns.

Oversee SEO, Google Ads, and other digital marketing efforts.

Create marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, and product information.

Manage and enhance the college’s online presence and reputation.

Liaise with existing education partners in Australia and overseas.

Identify new education partner leads and build relationships with them.

Target and KPI driven student recruitment.

Review of existing marketing practices and upkeeping with improvements.

Assist in maintaining the compliance with National Standards and college policies.

Other tasks as directed.

Your Application

To be successful in this role you must hold the following qualifications and skills/experience:

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in marketing preferably for a vocational educational institution

Preferably Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing or related field (not mandatory)

Established network of education agents and related stakeholders

Strong background in sales and/or marketing, with a hands-on approach to the role

Strong knowledge of Australian International student market and the ESOS act

Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to negotiate effectively

An ability to build supporting relationships with diverse group of students from different backgrounds

Excellent copywriting, communication, and networking skills.
