Are you a dynamic, innovative professional with a passion for growing people and organisations? We’re seeking a Workplace Learning & Development Specialist who brings not only deep expertise in learning design and delivery, but also a strategic lens for broader organisational development.
This is your opportunity to play a key role in reimagining how we equip our staff for success. In this pivotal position, you will lead end-to-end professional development initiatives that enhance capability and drive organisational effectiveness. Applying contemporary adult learning principles and a systems approach, you will design and deliver engaging programs that directly support the University’s strategic priorities. Your work will span needs analysis, facilitation, and robust evaluation, ensuring learning solutions are impactful and relevant. Your work will fuel capability uplift, support cultural change, and contribute to long-term organisational success.
You will collaborate closely with colleagues, leaders, and external partners to identify capability needs, embed learning strategies that foster growth and performance, and ensure our people have the tools and knowledge they need to thrive. This is a full-time, ongoing position that offers the unique opportunity to contribute to significant organisational change. Requirement to work at various campuses with an obligation for presence at our beautiful Hawkesbury campus at stipulated times.
About You
We're seeking a motivated and energetic professional with a strong foundation in designing and delivering contemporary workplace learning programs. You bring at least five years’ experience in contemporary workplace learning and development, including analysing, designing, developing implementing, and evaluating workplace learning programs. Ideally, you’ll hold a TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent) and demonstrate ongoing professional development in adult learning. You’re someone who thrives in a collaborative, service-driven environment, with excellent communication, organisational and project management skills.
Your passion for exceptional customer service, coupled with your ability to contribute to strategic workforce initiatives, will see you make a meaningful contribution to the success of our people and the University.

Remuneration Package: HEW Level 8, Step 1: $138,029 p.a. (comprising a base salary of $116,636 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading)
