About the Opportunity

We’re working with a globally recognised luxury retail group to appoint a dynamic and detail-oriented Learning & Development Executive. Known for its commitment to excellence, craftsmanship, and a deep appreciation for horology, this organisation is at the forefront of luxury retail experiences across the Asia-Pacific region.

You'll play a key part in delivering and coordinating training initiatives that elevate the customer experience and support the development of internal talent.

The Role

Reporting to the Learning & Development Manager, you’ll help execute a wide range of learning programs while ensuring seamless delivery and engagement across boutique and corporate teams. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic, organised and proactive professional with a passion for retail excellence and team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support delivery of induction, onboarding, brand training, and in-store service coaching.
  
  
• Organise training logistics, including venues, travel, materials and technology support.
  
  
• Assist with curating and implementing digital learning content and experiences.
  
  
• Maintain accurate training records and support audit readiness and compliance.
  
  
• Evaluate training effectiveness and provide insights to improve learning strategies.
  
  
• Foster relationships with internal stakeholders and external brand partners to ensure smooth program rollout.
  
  
• Support broader talent development initiatives aligned with company culture and growth.
  
  

About You

• Previous experience in L&D, HR coordination, or training delivery—ideally in a retail or service-driven environment.
  
  
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines.
  
  
• Digital-savvy with experience in learning platforms and content development.
  
  
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint in particular).
  
  
• Energetic, resourceful, and passionate about people development.
