About the Role

As a Luxury Sales Associate, you will be a key ambassador of the brand, providing expert guidance to clients in selecting high-end jewellery and luxury timepieces, while consistently achieving sales targets. Your key responsibilities include:

• Jewellery Expertise - Apply your extensive knowledge of fine jewellery and luxury watches to offer expert advice.
• Sales Performance - Drive sales and exceed targets through an elevated client engagement approach.
• Client Relationship Development - Build lasting relationships with VIP customers, offering a personalised and luxurious experience.
• Exceptional Customer Service - Create memorable shopping moments with tailored consultations and refined service.
• Professional Presentation - Represent the brand with sophistication, confidence, and impeccable standards.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in fine jewellery sales (essential)
• A strong sales background with a history of exceeding targets
• Passion for luxury products and creating meaningful client relationships
• Ability to engage with VIP clientele and build a loyal customer base
• Impeccable personal presentation and exceptional communication skills
• Bilingual skills are highly regarded but not essential
