Our client — a respected land development contractor based in South East Queensland — is seeking a motivated construction professional to oversee the successful delivery of projects ranging from $5 million to $100 million.

The Opportunity:

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you’ll take ownership of all construction activities across a diverse portfolio of subdivision projects. From early planning through to final delivery, you'll lead teams, manage contractors, and drive outcomes across some of SEQ’s most exciting developments.

• Oversee end-to-end construction delivery of subdivision projects
• Oversee site operations, contractor performance, and project milestones
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and external stakeholders
• Maintain tight control over project budgets, timelines, and compliance
• Provide regular reporting and strategic input to the General Manager

What You’ll Bring:

• A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Must have experience in subdivision project delivery
• Candidates stepping up from Project Manager roles must have 5+ years PM experience
• Strong technical knowledge of civil works and land development
• Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
