🛠️ Experienced Leading Hand / Working Foreman – High-End Architectural Homes

We’re seeking an experienced Leading Hand or Working Foreman with 10+ years in residential construction and a strong carpentry background to lead the delivery of high-end architectural homes.

This is a hands-on leadership role (approx. 80% on the tools, 20% management), working closely with our team and directors to oversee site operations and maintain the exceptional level of finish our builds are known for.

What You’ll Bring:

10+ years in residential construction, ideally in architectural builds

Strong carpentry/building trade skills with high attention to detail

Ability to manage and lead trades on-site

Confident reading and interpreting detailed plans

Organised, proactive, and committed to quality

Clear communicator who can liaise with clients, trades, and consultants
