Set in Australia’s oldest Public building, The Mint, operating predominantly Monday to Friday. The sous chef would be required to lead and manage day to day operations of 40 Seat casual dining restaurant with guidance from Head Chef. Assist in production for events, on site café, conferences and off-site catering alongside delivery of events from cocktail, conferences to weddings. Maintain stock levels and cleaning procedures whilst upskilling junior staff. Manage site in head chef absence and support at Pearl Caterings other locations as required.
