PART TIME MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST POSITION AVAILABLE IN WARWICK

A new opportunity is now available for an experienced medical receptionist looking for part time hours.

We are seeking a candidate to start as soon as possible.

About Oasis Gynaecology

Small friendly team.

Free onsite parking provided.

Uniform provided.

Hours are every Wednesday from 8am to 1pm. Thursdays alternating 8am to 1pm and 8am to 4:30pm on a fortnightly basis.

Your duties will include:

Attending to patients on their arrival and departure

Handling a variety of patients phone call and email enquiries.

Booking appointments and entering patient data.

Generating invoices and receiving payments.

Processing Medicare Claims.

Scanning and linking documents to Gentu as required.

We are looking for someone who:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the medical field – Gynaecology preferred.

Be able to work as part of a team.

Genie/Gentu software experience preferred.

Professional and mature phone manner.

Be able to multitask and prioritise at all times.
