The Role:

We’re seeking a friendly, organized, and dedicated Medical Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients. Your smile and warm greeting will set the tone for a positive patient experience.

Details

Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm

Responsibilities:

Manage patient appointments, bookings, and cancellations

Handle patient inquiries, phone calls, and correspondence

Process payments, manage billing, and maintain accurate records

Maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy principles

Provide exceptional customer service to patients and colleagues

Perform administrative tasks as required

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Previous experience in a medical reception or administrative role (desirable)

Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills

Proficiency in medical software (training provided)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Friendly and approachable demeanour
