The Role

We’re looking for a practical and detail-oriented person to join our team in a Customer Support & Order Processing role. This is a varied position combining customer service, basic technical assistance, order entry, and administrative tasks. You’ll be working closely with our operations, sales, and dispatch teams—no cold calling, just genuine customer support.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email

Process phone, email, and online orders accurately

Manage online store orders and handle invoicing

Provide general product support and basic troubleshooting assistance

Check orders for accuracy prior to dispatch

Assist with updating product content on eCommerce platforms

Support general office and warehouse operations as needed

What We’re Looking For

Required:

Experience in customer service, admin, or support roles

Confident communicator with good written and phone manner

Technically minded, with an interest in learning product details

Comfortable using digital tools and multitasking across systems

Reliable and detail-oriented, with good time management

Nice to Have (Not Essential):

Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g. Magento, Shopify)

Experience in water filtration, plumbing, or trade supply

Basic skills in Canva, Adobe Suite and/or product photography

Copywriting skills for content updates and product listings
