The Pestman QLD is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Based in their Toowoomba premises, this full-time Customer Service Representative role will be responsible for managing our scheduling / bookings system plus facilitating administration duties for the team. Here is a snapshot of your daily work:

The Role

Liaise with customers and develop successful ongoing relationships;

Be able to make and answer phone inquiries and prepare quotations;

Follow up with customers to arrange appointments;

Enter customer order details into the database accurately;

Schedule and coordinate daily bookings for our field technician teams;

Follow up on leads, proposals / quotations and annual repeat work;

Perform general administrative duties and support with the team as required.

Essential requirements

Previous experience scheduling and coordinating customer bookings would be preferable in the Pest Control industry, but not essential;

Have a Friendly and Professional phone manor.

Be presentable and punctual with great work ethic;

Be responsible and accountable in your daily tasks;
