Milestone Real Estate-Cranbourne is searching for an outgoing, energetic and knowledgeable individual to join our growing business.

Applicants MUST have obtained an Agents Representative Certificate and be eligible to work in the Real Estate Industry in Victoria.

Key responsibilities include:

Handling all enquiries from prospective tenants

Conducting Open for Inspection and private appointments

Completion of tenancy application forms and condition reports

Excellent communication skills

Completion of lease documentation

Managing repairs and maintenance

Handling Arrears

Completing Routine Inspections thoroughly

Liaising with Landlords and Tenant

Completing final inspections

Attending VCAT

Skills and experience required for the role:

At least 3 years experience preferred for the experienced

Agents Representative Certificate Essential

Valid driver's licence

Access to company car

Exceptional customer service

Professional presentation and attitude

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of Vaultre and Property Me software, IRE is preferred.
