The Role

We are seeking a highly organised and quality-focused Production Manager to lead our workshop operations. This hands-on role is primarily factory-based, with occasional site visits for pre-start scoping or installation support.

Key Responsibilities

• Scheduling: Plan and coordinate daily and weekly production schedules to ensure timely delivery of bespoke joinery projects.

• Quality Oversight: Uphold and enforce our high-quality standards throughout the production process.

• Documentation: Ensure all job paperwork and plans are accurate, up-to-date, and effectively communicated to the team.

• Team Leadership: Manage, motivate, and support our skilled workshop staff with a firm but fair approach.

• Machinery Maintenance: Oversee the upkeep and maintenance of factory equipment.

• Variation Management: Identify and document any variations to project scope or client requirements.

About You

• Experience: Proven experience in production management, ideally within timber joinery, cabinetry, or a similar workshop environment where attention to detail is paramount.

• Organisation: Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Leadership: A firm but fair manager who leads by example and fosters a positive team culture.

• Quality Focus: Strong commitment to maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety.
