About the Role: (Restaurant open: Wed-Sunday)
As Chef de Partie, you’ll work closely with our Head Chef and kitchen team to deliver a refined but relaxed food experience. You'll oversee your designated section with confidence and care, preparing seasonal dishes to the highest standards while maintaining a clean, organised, and collaborative environment. Evenfall is a place where quality, consistency, and creativity are celebrated — and your contribution will be key to every service.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your section to an exceptional standard.

Maintain mise en place, ensuring readiness and freshness for service.

Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with menu preparation, development, and specials.

Uphold hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards in line with food safety regulations.

Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.

Collaborate across kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver seamless service.

Embrace Evenfall’s ethos of showcasing local, seasonal ingredients with respect and creativity.

About You:

2+ years experience in a similar Chef de Partie role.

Strong technical skills across different sections (e.g., grill, larder, pastry).

Passionate about seasonal and local produce.

Calm, organised, and efficient under pressure.

Positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to grow.

Food Safety Certification (or willingness to obtain).

Flexible availability, including weekends and occasional evenings for events.
