The Role:
As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities. You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their signage needs, and provide tailored solutions that meet their objectives. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual with a proven track record of success in sales and business development within the signage sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients within the signage market, including businesses, organizations, and government entities.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Conduct thorough needs assessments and develop compelling proposals and presentations.
Provide expert advice and guidance on signage solutions, including design, materials, and installation.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams, including design, production, and installation, to ensure seamless project delivery.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to management.
Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in business development or sales within the signage industry is essential.
Strong understanding of signage products, materials, and installation processes.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional negotiation and closing abilities.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a very strong work ethic.
Ability to build rapport and establish long-term client relationships.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
Must possess all relevant documents to work within Australia.
What We Offer:
Competitive base salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Uncapped commission structure, providing you with unlimited earning potential.
