Your new role:

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of driving business growth across commercial and residential markets. Whether you're already an established sales professional or a technically minded individual ready to pivot into a client-facing role, this position offers the platform to thrive and grow in a supportive, dynamic environment.

Key Duties:

Drive new business development across targeted markets

Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach

Build and maintain strong relationships with integrators, installers, and end-users

Identify trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities through research and analysis

Provide tailored, solution-based selling of electronic security products (e.g., CCTV, access control, intrusion detection)

Deliver engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations

Manage tenders, quotes, and proposals

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Maintain accurate CRM records and generate regular sales reports

Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build brand visibility

Your skills and experience:

A proven track record in business development or technical sales, ideally in the electronic security space

Strong technical aptitude with a solid understanding of electronic security systems

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Relationship builder with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels

Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office tools

Self-motivated, highly organized, and goal-oriented

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required

Experience in installation or support of electronic security systems will be highly regarded

Eagerness to learn and stay up-to-date with evolving technologies
