As a Digital Business Analyst, you’ll work across multiple hospitals pathology services to analyse and document clinical, business, and technical requirements to support the successful rollout of the SLIS and other digital pathology projects. You’ll join a team committed to innovation, improvement, and delivering meaningful outcomes that enhance patient care and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do

• Analyse and document clinical and operational workflows
• Define and validate business requirements for the SLIS and associated systems
• Conduct workshops and discovery sessions with a wide range of stakeholders
• Create process flow maps, user stories, journey maps, and project artefacts
• Contribute to the design and evaluation of digital pathology improvements
• Monitor project deliverables, dependencies, and risk
• Support stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and change readiness
• Drive continuous improvement across process and system implementation activities
• Participate in governance, planning, and leadership activities across the project

What You Bring

• Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in business analysis or related field
• Proven experience in complex enterprise-wide digital projects (>$1M), preferably in healthcare
• Strong knowledge of Cerner Millennium, Oracle Health, or similar clinical systems
• Demonstrated ability to interpret business and clinical requirements and translate them into system specifications
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
• Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and documentation skills
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Visio
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
