What You'll Do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and gather detailed system requirements.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, user stories, and process flows.

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of business analysis frameworks and methodologies.
• Expertise in process modelling, data analysis, and workflow automation.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall delivery models.
• Proficiency with tools like SQL, JIRA, Confluence, and business intelligence platforms.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
