Personal Assistant to CEO – Dynamic Role in a Growing Business
Location: Illawarra Region, NSW

SMART FINANCIAL is looking for a highly organised, proactive and professional Personal Assistant to support our CEO.

About the Role

This is a diverse and rewarding role that goes far beyond diary management. As the CEO’s Personal Assistant, you will be a trusted partner in managing day-to-day operations, providing top-level administrative support, personal tasking assistance through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings and travel arrangements

Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

Perform financial bookkeeping and support accounting processes

Handle a wide range of personal administrative tasks, including email management, data entry, filing, and document preparation.

Assist with research, project management and special initiatives as required

Balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion at all times

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant in a professional environment

Bookkeeping experience and a solid working knowledge of relevant software

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-focused approach

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Ability to work independently, take initiative and solve problems efficiently

Comfortable handling both high-level and day-to-day administrative tasks

Demonstrated discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

Must have own transport and driver's license.
