We're thrilled to offer three roles designed for skilled communication professionals eager to make an impact.
Available positions include:
• Team Leader and Principal Communication Officer (temporary, ASAP to 26 April 2026), leading and motivating a small team.
• Principal Communication Officer (permanent), primarily supporting one business group.
• Principal Communication Officer (temporary, from 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2026), leading communication projects aligned with our account management model.
These roles represent an exceptional opportunity to leverage your expertise in strategic communication and leadership to meaningfully impact our department's internal and external messaging. You will be the driving force behind innovative, proactive communication strategies, operating within the heart of the Strategic Communications Branch.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Spearhead the development and execution of robust and inventive communication services. Champion strategies and plans that result in tangible departmental benefits, aligning closely with strategic objectives.
• Nurture and maintain robust relationships with a network of stakeholders to ensure delivery of client-focused and uniform communication strategies and messaging.
• Advise key business areas, decipher their communication needs and in collaboration with other Strategic Communication teams, curate tailored solutions.
• Craft and refine content suited for a spectrum of outlets—including speeches, advertising, corporate communications, media announcements, and digital/social media.
• Contribute to a positive workplace culture that celebrates successes, commits to ongoing learning, and upholds our core principles.
• As Team Leader, manage a high-performing team to deliver exceptional internal and external communications. Focus on efficiency, quality, and fostering a supportive and positive team culture.
