About us

Pathways Longueville is a luxurious, boutique residential aged care community, set to open in 2025. Pathways Longueville sets a new benchmark in aged care, offering a unique blend of sophistication and exceptional care.

We are seeking a Quality and Education Coordinator in our brand new state of the art 122-bed home in Longueville NSW 2071 to make an impact to the quality of service we deliver to our residents. This role would also be suitable for an experienced Registered Nurse ready to take on the next step in their career.

The role:

The role will see you monitor compliance in all the services we deliver to our residents. The way staff deliver services has an impact on ensuring we are compliant in the eyes of various aged-care governing bodies, and that the quality is above industry standards. To promote compliance and quality, you will deliver continuous training to all staff in all aspects of care delivery. You will partner with all levels of management to deliver outcomes.

About you:

We are after registered nurses who are passionate about delivering quality care to our older Australians

Experience in aged care/geriatrics a must

Knowledge and understanding of: accreditation processes, codes of conduct, WHS, Infection Control, Compliant Management, SIRS Reporting, Restrictive Practices, and the Aged Care Quality Standards

Proven management skills, computer literate, sound verbal and written communication abilities

Analytical, a problem solver, and friendly to work with

A few requirements of the role:

Relevant experience and qualification in nursing

Additional qualification in quality or educator role a bonus

AHPRA registration

COVID vaccine + 1 booster

Right to work in Australia + 100 Points of ID
