About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Quality & Compliance Officer to join the Care and Quality Team. Reporting to the Director of Quality and Compliance Excellence, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the organisation's quality management systems across multiple homes.

Key Responsibilities

Support and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives across the organisation

Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Provide onsite support through regular visits to various facilities

Assist in managing risk, feedback, and complaint processes

Conduct desktop and onsite audits and generate comprehensive reports

What You'll Need

Extensive experience in the residential aged care sector

AHPRA Registration (current)

Proficiency in conducting quality audits and generating reports

Strong understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards

Willingness to travel to multiple nursing homes for onsite support
