The Role:

We are looking for a Warehousing Supervisor / Quality Assurance Officer to join our team. This dual-role position is crucial in ensuring smooth stock control and assisting the Quality Assurance (QA) team to maintain product standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Stock & Warehousing:

Track and manage physical stock entering and exiting the facility.

Ensure accurate inventory records and reconcile stock levels.

Oversee proper storage, handling, and movement of raw materials and finished goods.

Coordinate with logistics and production teams to optimise stock flow.

Quality Assurance Support:

Assist the QA team in monitoring product quality and compliance.

Conduct basic quality checks and report any deviations.

Help implement and maintain QA procedures within the warehouse.

Ensure all stock movements meet food safety and quality standards.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Experience in warehousing, stock control, or a similar role (experience in food/beverage manufacturing is a plus).
✅ Strong attention to detail with good organisational skills.
✅ Basic understanding of quality assurance principles and food safety.
✅ Background in science or strong understanding of science preferred.
✅ Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
✅ Forklift license & experience
