About the Company

Our client is a leading Australian-based multinational in the agribusiness sector, known for delivering innovative and high-quality crop protection, crop nutrition, biostimulants, and adjuvant solutions. Their diverse portfolio spans both novel and generic agchemicals and nutrition products, and they are recognised for technical excellence and market leadership.

About the Role

This position manages the Western Australian region, driving sales and business development across key agricultural channels. A company vehicle, laptop, phone, and full tools of trade are provided.

Key Responsibilities

Grow regional sales through engagement with retail networks, agronomists, consultants, growers, and corporate farms

Promote and support the company’s product portfolio, with a strong focus on broadacre markets

Develop and maintain a rolling annual business plan with key accounts

Support an existing customer base while introducing new technologies

Represent the company at grower events and industry trade fairs

Manage sales budgets, update forecasts, and drive sales accuracy and performance

Qualifications & Experience

Success in this role requires a strong technical sales background, paired with a strategic approach to customer management and territory growth.

Operating in a dynamic and competitive landscape, the ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional relationship-building skills across all levels of the supply chain—from distributors to end users—while promoting brand value and securing long-term business growth.
