About the Role:
An established and reputable commercial construction company is seeking an Estimator to join its high-performing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to work across a diverse portfolio of projects including commercial new build & fitout/refurb as well as high-end residential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial construction tenders and negotiated projects
• Analyse drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive estimates
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers for pricing and scope clarification
• Participate in value engineering, tender reviews, and presentations
• Contribute to bid strategy and project procurement planning
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company procedures

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar Estimator role within commercial construction
• Proven track record delivering estimates for projects ranging between $5M–$20M
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and market rates
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans and specifications
• Highly developed communication and negotiation skills
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment
