About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator who is ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role within our growing company. Your expertise will be crucial in driving our projects to success, ensuring accurate cost estimations and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review accurate cost estimates and tenders for upcoming projects.

Collaborate with project teams to manage TOC and optimise cost efficiencies.

Ensure tender submissions meet industry standards and secure competitive pricing.

Maintain compliance with contractual, commercial, and safety obligations.

Provide financial insights, risk analysis, and cost assessments during project execution.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders, clients, and team members to ensure alignment and understanding of project scopes and costs.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Proven experience as a Senior Estimator in the construction or engineering industry (5 years minimum).

Strong understanding of TOC and project cost management.

Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.

Proficiency in estimation software and advanced skills in Microsoft Office.

Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities.

Positive attitude and willingness to adapt in a dynamic work environment.
