THE ROLE

We’re seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator / Project Manager to lead and manage key projects from tender to handover. You'll be responsible for both pricing and managing electrical infrastructure works, with a strong focus on public lighting and VESI-compliant projects.

• Prepare accurate and competitive electrical estimates for civil and infrastructure works
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and client relationships
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities
• Ensure VESI compliance, public lighting standards, and safety regulations are met
• Deliver projects on time and within budget, while maintaining quality and safety
• Oversee procurement, project documentation, and reporting

To be successful in this role, you will be required to have the following:

• Background in civil engineering or civil project management
• Demonstrated experience in public lighting and/or VESI-compliant projects
• Strong understanding of estimating software and project management tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Electrical industry experience is highly regarded
