We’re looking for a Martech Specialist to join a dynamic and growing Marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical marketing expertise and a passion for marketing automation, SEO, website optimisation, and reporting.

You'll work alongside a team of marketers across ANZ.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development and execution of the organisation's overarching digital marketing strategy in a collaborative environment.
• Support senior stakeholders in delivering on marketing automation initiatives, providing technical support, training, and data hygiene assistance to local teams.
• Train others and provide technical support across Microsoft Dynamics Customer Insights Journeys and Marketo
• Manage and optimise the company website, working with agency partners to improve SEO, maintain site performance, and support enhancements.
• Support the delivery of key digital projects, including client listing surveys and broader campaign rollouts.
• Collaborate with marketing campaigns
• Maintain and enhance processes and efficiencies within the marketing tech stack using tools like Airtable and Miro.
• Please note: This is a technical digital marketing role and does not include managing or executing paid digital (e.g. search, display, or paid social).

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally within a B2B or professional services environment.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo or Microsoft Dynamics CIJ preferred).
• Proven skills in website management, SEO, optimisation, and A/B testing – WordPress experience preferred.
• Experience working with digital agency partners and internal stakeholders.
• Proficient in reporting and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Power BI); familiarity with CIJ or Marketo reporting is highly regarded.
